Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms describe the Saros Forge website and our project services. Saros Forge operates from Asansol, West Bengal, India. Sending an enquiry does not place a paid order. A project starts after its scope and payment schedule are agreed in writing and the applicable advance is received.

Business identity and registration status

Saros Forge is the founder’s independently operated technology studio and trading name, not an incorporated Private Limited company or LLP. For a sole-proprietor engagement, the proprietor is the contracting party; the proprietor’s legal name and applicable business particulars must be verified and included in the written quotation, agreement and invoice before paid work begins.

Founder-confirmed status as of 2 November 2026: Udyam/MSME registration and West Bengal Professional Tax Enrolment Certificate (PTEC) obtained; Trade Licence application under process, not issued; GST registration not applied for, with no GSTIN. Private Limited/LLP incorporation has not been completed. No registration or certificate number is published here.

Udyam registration and PTEC are not company incorporation or confirmation that all local permissions have been obtained. A pending Trade Licence application is not an issued licence. Applicable local permissions, tax-registration requirements and mandatory business disclosures must be confirmed for the business’s actual activities and premises.

Written project scope

The accepted quotation or statement of work identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, page or product limits, integrations, revision allowance, responsibilities, delivery assumptions and payment milestones. These website descriptions are starting scopes, not an unlimited commitment. A signed project agreement controls project-specific matters; mandatory legal rights cannot be excluded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices shown are starting prices in Indian rupees (INR). The final quotation confirms the total and any approved additional costs before work begins. Saros Forge has not applied for GST registration and has no GSTIN. GST is not currently collected; this is not a claim of exemption from registration or other tax obligations. If registration or tax treatment changes, any tax legally chargeable will be identified in the quotation and invoice.

The standard payment structure is 50% advance and 50% before final delivery or launch for smaller projects. Larger projects may use 50% advance, 30% at an agreed milestone and 20% before final delivery or launch. The written quotation confirms which schedule applies; a package name alone does not choose it.

Scope changes, revisions and delivery dates

Revision rounds, content volumes and completion criteria are defined in the written scope. New features, extra pages, additional products, new integrations or work beyond the agreed allowance require a separate written change approval and may affect the price and timeline.

Published delivery windows are estimates after scope approval, the advance and the required content/access are received. Client feedback, provider approvals or a scope change can affect the schedule. We will discuss revised milestones rather than treating silence as approval.

Deployment and third-party costs

Where included, deployment means agreed launch configuration and assistance. It does not include a free domain, hosting subscription, paid email inbox, storage plan or ongoing server management. Domains, hosting, AI/API usage, messaging, payment fees, plugins, assets and other subscriptions are separate unless expressly included in the quotation.

Where practical, the client owns and pays for its provider accounts directly and grants the access needed for the work. Paid subscriptions or purchases require the client’s approval. Third-party approvals, availability, pricing and policy changes are outside our control.

Client content, access and approvals

The client supplies timely feedback, approved content and appropriate access, and confirms permission to use supplied materials. Passwords and sensitive access details should be exchanged through an agreed secure method, not the public enquiry form. Merchant approval, payment-provider onboarding and the accuracy of catalogue, shipping and tax information remain the client’s responsibility unless a task is specifically scoped to us.

Review, launch and handover

Deliverables are reviewed against the agreed scope before acceptance. Launch requires the client’s approval and the agreed payment milestone. Handover covers the agreed files, documentation and access; account ownership, licences and any ongoing support are documented in the project agreement. Browsing this website or not replying to an email does not constitute acceptance of a paid milestone.

Ownership and confidentiality

The project agreement specifies ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables after payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licences; an assignment should not be assumed to cover those items. Each party should protect non-public project information and share it only where needed to deliver the agreed work or comply with law.

Bug-fix warranty and ongoing care

Website projects include the existing 14-day post-launch bug-fix period for reproducible defects in our delivered work against the approved scope. It does not include new features, client or third-party modifications, unrelated provider outages or additional content changes. Please report a defect with enough detail to reproduce it. Statutory rights and remedies are not limited to this period.

Care plans are separate recurring services. The quotation defines their covered systems, update or support allowance, monitoring frequency, response window and exclusions. A care plan is not unlimited development, round-the-clock monitoring or an unconditional uptime guarantee.

Automation, AI and demonstrations

Live automation behavior depends on the agreed rules, data and connected providers. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed where the consequences require it. Human approvals and operating limits are specified for the actual deployment. No package guarantees sales, search rankings, revenue or error-free third-party services.

The website’s workflow lab and concept projects are clearly labelled demonstrations. They do not make real bookings, place orders or prove a client relationship or measured business result.

Cancellation, remedies and liability

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains cancellation and how unused advances are reconciled. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, correction or other remedy that applicable law requires.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to the project agreement, liability for the affected work is limited to fees paid for that work and excludes indirect or consequential losses. This wording does not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or right that law does not allow us to exclude.

Questions and disputes

Raise a concern with hello@sarosforge.com so the parties can try to resolve it. Contracting identity, address, governing law and any dispute forum are confirmed in the written project agreement; this website does not invent a registration or an exclusive court jurisdiction. Any mandatory complaint or legal remedy remains available.
