Launch — ₹14,999 starting price

Up to 5 agreed pages, responsive professional UI, standard motion, basic performance and SEO setup, contact details/links and agreed launch configuration. A CMS, payment checkout, booking engine, live AI, CRM integration or advanced enquiry backend is additional unless quoted. Analytics/Search Console configuration is included only where agreed and ready to be configured appropriately.

Business — ₹29,999 starting price

An agreed 8–10-page business presence with custom UI, service architecture, conversion layouts and scoped motion. A CMS/blog is included only if expressly listed with its content and editing limits. E-commerce, booking systems, live AI, custom integrations and bespoke 3D production need separate scope.

Premium Brand — ₹59,999 starting price

An agreed 12–15-page brand experience with bespoke direction, scoped advanced motion, interactive components, technical SEO and responsive QA. The agreed motion allowance defines the 3D/animation deliverables. It does not buy unlimited 3D modelling, paid assets, video production, live AI systems, e-commerce or ongoing campaigns.

E-commerce — ₹60,000 starting price

A scoped storefront, product/collection templates, cart and checkout, agreed payment-gateway integration, basic shipping configuration and launch setup. Product and variant counts, content entry, gateway, shipping zones, tax/currency configuration and platform are fixed in the quote. Merchant verification, provider approval and transaction charges are separate; marketplaces, ERP, subscriptions and inventory synchronisation require additional scope.

What a starting price means

A written scope before any paid work.

Page or product counts, integrations, revision rounds, content responsibilities and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery estimates start after scope approval, the advance and required content/access are received. Extra scope is priced and approved separately.

Deployment covers the agreed launch setup. Domain renewal, hosting, a paid email inbox, AI/API usage, messaging charges, paid assets, plugins and ongoing care are separate unless expressly included. Copywriting, photography, bulk content entry, translations, legal drafting, ongoing SEO campaigns and custom backend or 3D production are not assumed to be included.

Optional analytics setup requires the agreed provider, privacy notice and any required consent controls. A basic SEO setup does not guarantee search rankings. Saros Forge has not applied for GST registration and has no GSTIN. GST is not currently collected; this is not a claim of exemption from registration or other tax obligations.

Automation inclusions & exclusions

Agree the workflow, not just the label.

Starter Automation — ₹14,999 starting price

One agreed core workflow with specified triggers/actions, limited simple integrations, scoped AI processing where useful, testing and handover. The quote names the connected tools, data fields, volumes and acceptance tests. Multiple independent workflows, bespoke assistants, custom dashboards and complex or unsupported integrations are additional.

Growth Automation — ₹34,999 starting price

Several explicitly listed connected workflows, with scoped AI classification/drafting, CRM routing, follow-up, reporting and supported APIs/webhooks. Workflow count, integration count, message volumes and human approvals are agreed in the quote; “multiple” does not mean unlimited.

Custom Automation System — ₹74,999 starting price

A separately specified automation environment with the agreed workflows, APIs, assistants, approval logic, testing and documentation. The starting price is not a fixed quote for every system. Ongoing monitoring or operations require a stated support period or care plan.

Separate costs and operating limits

AI tokens, API calls, automation-platform subscriptions, CRM licences, hosting/storage, paid connectors, WhatsApp/SMS/email usage and third-party approvals are separate unless expressly included. Provider access and client approvals are needed before live testing. Data access, human review, error handling and operating limits are agreed for the real system.

AI outputs can be inaccurate. These packages do not guarantee revenue, leads, response accuracy or uninterrupted third-party services. Additional workflows and ongoing tuning are change requests unless covered by the written scope or care allowance. See the project terms.

Care is a defined allowance.

Each care quotation states the covered systems, update/support allowance, monitoring frequency, response window, renewal arrangement and exclusions. Priority support is within that agreed window. Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, paid AI/message usage, new features and major rebuilds are separate unless listed. No care tier includes unlimited changes, 24/7 support or guaranteed uptime by default.

Website care starts at ₹1,999 / ₹4,999 / ₹9,999 per month; automation care starts at ₹2,999 / ₹6,999 / ₹14,999 per month. The selected plan and allowance are agreed in writing. Cancellation terms apply.
