Saros Forge is the founder’s independently operated technology studio and trading name based in Asansol, West Bengal, India, not a separately incorporated company or LLP. The proprietor’s legal identity for applicable notices and engagements remains subject to verification. See our business identity and registration status. Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, service interest and consent to be contacted. The detailed project brief can also collect a business name, phone or WhatsApp number, project goal, requirements, budget range and timeline. Some fields are optional. A submission reference, request identifier and receipt time are used to manage the enquiry and prevent duplicate submissions.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents, confidential client data or sensitive personal information through these forms.

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, understand the proposed work, prepare a quotation and manage an agreed project. Contact consent relates to that enquiry; it is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not sell personal information.

The server may use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for abuse prevention rather than storing the raw IP in the enquiry record. A successfully received form can create a private enquiry record and send a notification to our business inbox. The form reports whether the request was saved, emailed or could not be confirmed. Opening an email link does not itself send a message; you choose whether to send it using that provider. Information sent through those channels is also handled under the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

The workflow lab and the restaurant, café and fitness concepts are local interface demonstrations. Their sample text, approvals, orders, membership interests and booking selections are processed in your browser and are not submitted to a live AI service, CRM, booking provider or shop by these demos. Use sample information when exploring them. The separate project enquiry forms do submit information when you choose to send them.

Website infrastructure necessarily receives connection information such as an IP address, requested page and browser headers to serve and protect the site. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs under their own arrangements.

This edition does not install an advertising tracker, third-party analytics script or tracking cookie. We do not use the enquiry details for targeted advertising. If optional analytics or tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before that processing begins.

Information may be processed by the Cloudflare (hosting and private D1 enquiry storage) and Resend (notification email), when production intake is enabled, and the mailbox provider used to handle replies, and by providers you choose when contacting us externally. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service or handle the project. Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country. We may also disclose information where legally required or needed to protect lawful rights. Project-specific access to your systems is agreed separately.

We retain enquiry information while handling the request and any resulting business relationship, and where needed for accounting, legal obligations or a genuine dispute. Information that is no longer needed should be removed through our retention review. A privacy request may affect what we can retain, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We use access restrictions and appropriate technical safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security. Please report a suspected privacy or security problem to hello@sarosforge.com.

You may contact hello@sarosforge.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further enquiry contact, or raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Withdrawing permission does not reverse actions already taken or require deletion of records we must lawfully keep. Any rights and response requirements provided by applicable law remain available.
