A written scope before any paid work.
Page or product counts, integrations, revision rounds, content responsibilities and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery estimates start after scope approval, the advance and required content/access are received. Extra scope is priced and approved separately.
Deployment covers the agreed launch setup. Domain renewal, hosting, a paid email inbox, AI/API usage, messaging charges, paid assets, plugins and ongoing care are separate unless expressly included. Copywriting, photography, bulk content entry, translations, legal drafting, ongoing SEO campaigns and custom backend or 3D production are not assumed to be included.
Optional analytics setup requires the agreed provider, privacy notice and any required consent controls. A basic SEO setup does not guarantee search rankings. Saros Forge has not applied for GST registration and has no GSTIN. GST is not currently collected; this is not a claim of exemption from registration or other tax obligations.
